Warm Kale Salad With Roasted Sweet Potatoes
This kale salad features roasted sweet potatoes, cranberries, and a maple vinaigrette.

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

- 1 peeled medium sweet potato and cut into ½-inch cubes
