- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp safflower oil plus additional for pan
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- maple apple topping for serving
- vegan whipped cream for serving
- 5 sliced, peeled apples cored and
